Hi, if the root canal treated tooth is mobile and paining then it must be because of infections from gums surrounding the concerned tooth. And because of that there will be bone loss which has rendered the tooth mobile. Bone loss can be corrected by bone graft surgery in which artificial bone is placed beneath the weakened gums. Its advisable to consult your dentist and get the tooth treated as soon a s possible.
