I an suffering from illness weakness since 5 years I fell very tired all time I feel that I lost my energy please suggest me to become active and energetic always.

Go for running daily. You are weak you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet and milk and milk products and give heavy and healthy breakfast like sprouts, daliya, poha, upma, sandwich, fruit salad, egg. Take dates with milk in the morning. Drink more water in a day.
