I always thought I am hungry but when I start eating I can eat only one or two chapatti and I am loosing my health please give me advice.

I believe it is a temporary phase at your age. Do physical exercise regularly. Reduce your body weight to 80 kg, that shall be your healthy weight. Take a little muscle training under a certified trainer to have a good physic. Gradually you shall be able to eat.
