Hello to avoid or prevent bp and diabetes one has to follow a very regulated life style. Your bmi should be 23 kg per square meter. Waist has to be below 90 cms. Have to exercise at least one hour every day. Avoid deep fried foods. Take less common salt daily. No smoking and very little alcohol.
