Sir/maam am going to gym daily but did not have much stamina to lift weights. What to do for to gain stamina. My friend is more stronger n healthy than me even though he is thinner. Pls suggest how to gain stamina to be fit n strong n tiredness.

Don't go for heavy exercise which you can't do. Do as per your limit only. Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits.
