I am 23 years old male and having a high metabolism and that's why I am too skinny. My height is 5'7" and weight is 50 kg. I am having thin arms and legs But I am having fat belly. That's why my body structure looks ugly. Kindly tell me ways to reduce fat belly and making muscles.
