Don't take stress, you need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and build up your stamina. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food. Don't skip breakfast. Yoga is good option.

Brisk walk, yogaboth, reduce carbs, sweets, pizzas, pastas, samosas, kachoris n mathris biscuits breads n namkeen. Eat more vegetables fruits, eggs n sprouts chaas. Very light dinner. Not more than 2-3rotis per day. Use mixed atta chakki ka. Eat slowly eat more salads.
