My mother's age 65 years. We consulted eye specialist for regular eye checkup for any number change. After check up doctor told cataract started for both eyesand it is around 20%. What are the precautions required not to increase further and any preventions available to reduce existing cataracts.

Hello there r no precautions or food to stop progression of cataract cataract is normal aging phenomenon only option is surgery. And is advised when patients feels difficulty in daily routine.
