Hello vit. B 12 levels take some time to build up in the body and they go down quickly especially in stress. Over the counter supplements of b12 are available but it is better to use them after consulting a physician. Also include fresh sprouts- moong dal sprouts, friuts veges in your diet to increase natural sources of vit b12. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
