I am a diabetic from past 20 years. Recently my doctor changed the tablets as under: Morning half an hour before breakfast - Gemer 2 mg (Glimepiride 2 mg, Metformin 500 mg) After breakfast 1 No. Jalra M 50/500 (Vildagliptin 50 MG Metformin 500 MG) In the night half an hour before dinner Gemer 2 mg (Glimepiride 2 mg, Metformin 500 mg) After dinner Pioz 7.5 mg (Pioglitazone 7.5 MG) Now blood sugar as under: Before breakfast 121 mg After breakfast 205 mg Before meal 87 mg After meal 167 mg My question is, after breakfast, can I reduce 1 tablet to half tablet of Jalra M 50/500 (Vildagliptin 50 MG Metformin 500 MG)
