Can one drink one each cup of green tea, milk assam tea and hot filter coffee in summers daily or are these three cups daily going to dehydrate.

It depends upon your body's adaptability normally it should not dehydrate you do add more drinks like buttermilk limewater coco water and lots of plain water also in your daily consumption of liquids you should drink steady 4lts in a day in normal circumstances.
