I am suffering about my stomach pain in last two weeks at night only actually what is the main problem of that only it happens on night only.

Dear lybrate user night time pain in upper abdomen is common feature of peptide ulcer. This can be diagnosed by endoscopy. This occurs as stomach get empty in night, you may try like biscuits etc in night. Ulcer may be due to h pylori infections.
