You need to balance your vitamins, minerals and the ph of your body. Long ignored imbalances in the body appear on the surface and are indications of deficiencies in the system. If not properly addressed they can remain and worsen. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost.
