I am 20 year old. I have lower abdominal pain from last 1 month I have gone to local doctor but not any change. Please help me out of this. What should I do now please help me.

@ colocynth 200-6 pills, thrice a day.
@ nux vom 30-6 pills, thrice a day.
You should go for usg of whole abdomen to assess your problem, please.
Take, plenty of water, fo for meditation. Your diet b regular on time which should b easily digestible.
