I have high levels of sugar and bp. Though I'm taking tablets regularly it's not coming down. So please help me on how to bring that in control and is there any exercise to do then let me know about it too thank you.

Please control your diet. Avoid all sugars. Cut the salt content. Please do at least 20 min of exercise a day. It can be simple walking or yoga or the playing outdoor games. Do your fasting and pp sugars depending upon which medicines may be prescribed. Most importantly, please keep smiling to keep your stress at bay.
