Hi, i've a healthy relationship with a guy, but m really worried abt him, he is always saying things like I feel ionely, not loved and that no one cares, no one understands, he has suicidal thoughts sometimes which makes me very frightened and I really want to help him, what should I do?

He may be going through some emotional turmoil or some professional difficulties. Have open communication with him about it without giving any advice and just listening to him. If there is nothing like this, he may be just going through low phase where he wants more attention and support. Don't let him feel like a victim, which he already does. He is just feeling pity for himself which needs to be stopped.
