Hello lybrate-user, weight gain is a sum of good balanced diet, exercise and rest. Have 3 hourly meals which are dense in calories and proteins with moderate fat. Include pulpy fruits like banana, mango, sitaphal, chickoo; dryfruits and nuts; milk, paneer curd in your daily diet. Do weight training for 30-45 mins 3-4 days /week. Take adequate rest for 8-10 hours.
