I am addicted to pan masala and tobacco.(most commonly rajnigandha tulsi. I really want to quit not j ust because it harms my body but because it doesn't go with my personality and social status, people I sit with in my office or society. Please help.

Hello its gud to know that you want to quit both so do it now do not wait and do not associate your quitting to anything. You want to quit coz you feel so consult your family Dr. In case you may face withdrawal problem. Drinking lots of water exercises keeping your empty time engaged in hobbies avoiding internal n external triggers. Stress bore etc talk to someone on daily basis who understands you whenever you get the urge talk to that person it will help you set a reminder in your mobile on hourly basis just relax your health shud be your goal.
