Hello doctor, I am 19 years old male. 1 year ago, I did some intense exercises, due to which I suffer from lower back pain while doing some exercises or heavy work, it sometimes also radiate in the left leg upto knee. Normally with no physical activity, I have no pain. So, I went for a mri few days ago, my mri report is as follows:- ? straightening of torso-lumbar curvature is seen. ? disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge is seen at l4-5 and l5-s1 level indenting the anterior thecal sac and mild compression on bilateral sided exiting nerve roots. Doctor, I am tensed, please explain me whats the problem with me.
