I'm a 24 year old female. I have a back pain -on consulting a doctor and getting an x-ray done- the report said I have partial lumbarisation of S-1. Doctor recommended that I take a couple of painkillers for a week and going forward do twice a day 15-mins muscle strengthening exercises. However, on doing those exercises it hurts my lower back further (which is why I stopped doing them). Unfortunately, for the past two days - the pain has increased further and has also shifted to my front thighs causing extreme pain and difficulty in moving. Please suggest what I should do.
