Hi my rt shoulder is paining from since last 3-4 yrs. Most probably when I play Cri and from boundary line throw the ball forcefully, then immediate it pain's and feel like that I don't have one hand anymore. Pl suggest what to do.

Regular stretching of shoulder muscles.
Warm up and cool down is a must.
Take frequent breaks at work.
Core strenthening exercises.
Use cervical pillow.
Use back support.
Self massage the back of neck.
