Hello Dr. I am curious to know why would a persons hand shake while holding some object or eating. Its only hand tremors. My friend is facing this problem from the time he was in std 8. Is it calcium or vitamin deficiency? Is it psychological problem - like if some one looks at him o observes him he feels hand shakes. When carrying heavy objects it shakes. Please suggest what can be done.

It can be a habit as it was there from very young age and is clear from your history that it comes when someone looks. By mind control he can reduce this.
