What role genes play in the height of a child? I am boy, 16, almost skinny, 5.5" tall. I do normal work out every morning. I do exercise so that it can improve my height but I can't find any change in my height. My father is also not a tall man almost of my size. Do my height depends on my father's height. And if so, is it possible to increase my height by exercises? Please help.
