I am having omitting after my food If I eat or drink anything I should omit other wise I feel tired & headache The omit will not come I should finger on my mouth & should omit Whats the problem is this.

You have made this your habit it is not a disease please don't do it it is not good for your health you can eat smaller meals at one time but don't try to vomit.
