You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 days. Take one glass lukewarm water with half lemon. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Don't use junk food and oily food.
