My wife has an age of 24 and we are newly married couple. We want to take a child but my wife weight is just 38 and she's is suffering from TB last 1 and half year, now she's fit so we would try to take child or wait for her increase of weight. Pls answer.

Suggest to give her sufficient and balanced diet with adequate calorie and protein including Paneer, Dal, Green and other veg, dry fruits, jaggery, seasonal fruits, with 4-5 times a day, like, breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner etc. Ghee/ butter good source of enery. Dal with Ghee, Rice, Paneer is great for all nutrients. Fruits, green and other veges, dry fruits provide good amount of micronutrients including vitamins, and minerals.
