Dear sir, you must quit tobacco first of all as nearly 40 % cancers may be related to tobacco. You must get yourself thoroughly checked by a physician For any ulceration, lump, chest xray, ultrasound, psa, CEA, stool for occult blood, Routine urine and ENT evaluation. All these are mostly included in cancer preventive health packages.
