I have cavities in my teeth for last few years and always need tooth pick after eating food. I want to ho for filling but heard that it will need to be repeated every 1 year or so. Is it better to get filling or extract these molars? Does it hurt during filling? How long does the filling last? How soon can I start to eat after the filling? Thanks.

I there is no sensitivity or pain you can go for fillings that to composite filling which is called as teeth colour filling it only requires every time filling when dislocates from teeth or else not required every year.

Filling do not hurt. There are many advanced matterial that last long. Go for it extraction is not a good option it is important to save your teeth, extraction can be done if there is no option to save tooth.
