I eat little but I see that my weight is 62 kgs for height 156cms which is more. Please suggest some healthy tips to reduce my weight without any heavy workouts. Also kindly tell me the correct weight which I need to maintain.

Your ideal body weight should be 54 kg according your height you have to modified your diet eat small and frequent meal and do not skip the meal diet should be rich in fibre including salad and fruits. Take more plenty of liquids avoid fried food, fast food, and more sweets.
