I am pregnant now. I am so tired and could not get up in the morning so I am eating at 11 o clock only. Is that dangerous?

Hye. Thank you for your query. Your basic health needs to improve during pregnancy. Your needs are not only high due to pregnancy but also because you are basically underweight. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Also, at least try and eat within half an hour of waking up. Avoid skipping meals. Incase you cannot have breakfast within a few minutes of waking up, try and have a fruit and then within half an hour have your breakfast.
