Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly because appetite reduces when you are ill, you need to eat small but frequent meals. Take warm foods and easy to swallow foods like khichdi, rice dal, vegetables like potato, pumpkin, doodhi, soups, light kheer, herbal ginger and cardamom tea or soft upma or idli or dosa. Avoid spicy, oily, hard foods. Gargle with salt and haldi warm water. Drink hot milk with haldi or soonth. Avoid outside and junk foods. Keep hydrated.
