Incorporate cardio strength training and flexibility routine at least 5 days a week. Give one or two days for recovery. Eat healthy and balanced diet. Avoid ready to eat food, junk food and fried food especially one that has not been fried at home. Make sure to include raw vegetables in form of salad in your lunch and dinner. Home made yogurt is very good for your gut health. Good sleep 7 to 8 hours daily is also essential for your body. Spend at least 20 minutes daily doing relaxation or meditation.
