I am 25 years old female and m trying to loose some stomach fat. I am not able to manage time for exercise. I always take luke warm water with honey in empty stomach morning but no results. Please suggest me some effective methods.

Well, weight loss will not happen only by exercising, diet plays a very important role in loosing weight as well as in changing body composition. To get the maximum benefit, diet should be customised as per persons need and body type. In general the best result can be achieved by doing exercises/brisk walk and diet to loose in inches as well as in kilogram. Simple tips like cut down all sugar, eat more fruits and veggies, have complex carbohydrate, avoid refined flour etc.
