You should take good protein diet after workout& alsoyou should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. Foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.

Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take 3-4 almonds, 2 figs. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet.
