What are benfotiamine, inositol, alpha lipoic acid, methylcobalamin & chromium picolinate and can it be given to anyone who is low in energy or bodybuilding and if its given to anyone could there be any serious side effects and till when those side effects will be there the dosage of the above vitamins are: Benfotiamine-150 mg Methylcobalamin-1500mcg Inositol-150mg Chromium picolinate-200mcg Alpha lipoic acid-100mg Do these vitamins have also side effects like they interfere with the concentration as I have heard these are given to alcoholics also.
