Hello, I'm Abhishek from Jaipur. I'm an Engineering student. Actually, my time table disturbed too much. I take dinner at 9: 30 p. M., Then I study for some time+ internet chatting with friends and all that. So, I go to sleep at 2: 00 a. M. And wake up at 6: 15 in morning. This time table affected my Physical & Mental health. I tried but didn't able to change this habit. Please guide me how can I change to a perfect time table with strong Determination. Thank-you.

You know your problem is your internet chatting - stop it - only you can decide to stop it - no one can force you to do so. If you still feel tempted , shut down your gadgets at 10 . Fix a time for checking the messages - that too stand in one place , in a room without the fan on - don't walk or sit - this will not allow you to be at it for long. Only if YOU decide to give up the temptation , then you can improve your routine. Social networking is not bad BUT too much of everything is bad. Find time to read '7 Habits of most effective people' by Steven Covey. It will help you be a determined person.
