I am 27 years and married looking to become pregnant but my weight is 87 I am not able to exercise or go to gym since am working I heard taking herbal life reduces weight so can I use it will that have any side effects or is there anything you could prescribe for me please.

This is a shortcut you are trying to use. Medicine will only help you break down muscle but your fat will remain the same. So whatever initial loss you may observe will be water and muscle loss. After a while your body will reduce metabolism and you will stop showing weight loss and the moment you are off the shake your weight will bounce back and probably double time. So try to keep a healthy diet and exercise whenever you get the opportunity. If you are looking to conceive you need to store nutrients for the baby not deplete them in the name of diet.
