I am 21 year old boy. Having a height of 6 feet but I am very much underweight. My weight is only 52 kg. And it is bothering me and my nearing one's. So please kindly suggest me any remedy for the so that I can gain some weight in quick time.

Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.
