Hello Respected Doctors, I want to know about diet chart for gaining good amount of weight. I am very very slim s skinny, due to weak and light bones I always feel depressed and ungrounded, fear is always present in my mind. I am vegetarian, can I take egg as it is richest source of selenium and vitamin D which will help for gaining good bones and muscles? What about Green Moong Ki Daal? And, soybean? Please provide me a diet chart for gaining muscles, development of bones, and for proper nourishment of body, my digestion is also not good. Whats the role of egg in building muscles and bones?

Hi you need to gain 23 kgs of weight that too muscle not fat. I can help us with 4-5 kgs muscle gain in month. Being vegetarian is not problem. If you wish to have egg yes you can.
