Hello doctor I'm 20 years old boy. I'm taking food as Breakfast=2 banana, 1glass milk and 50 gm mung Lunch=little amount of rice along with pals& green vegetable =diner same is this good food for weight loss.

Hii for weight loss 1) calculate your bmi if bmi shows your overweight then chnge is required 2) exercise regularly 3) evry 2 hrs you should eat something 4) drink plenty of fluids (buttermilk, nimbu pani 5) eat one fruit daily 6) min 8 hrs sleep (afternoon sleep is big no) 7) avoid maida, sugar, salty products also avoid junkiees you will get results thanku.
