I am 23 year old. From past 2 year I am suffering from thyroid. I have problem of weight gain. I am now totally dependent on allopathy medicines. I want to treat it naturally. Is their any way to treat? How can I control my weight gain?

Since the question has appeared in front of me, I thought it is better to clarify certain things to you. Hypothyroidism is a thyroxine deficiency disorder. So the only treatment is to supplement that hormone. There is no other treatment. Weight gain can be controlled, but first tsh levels should be brought down to 3 to 4 milli units. Ml. If presently that level is high, then efforts to control weight will not be effective. Along with drug treatment diet control and exercise are necessary. If you still want t try any other therapy you can go ahead. Best of luck.
