Do exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take 3-4 almonds, 2 figs, dry dates (overnight soaked). Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, and milk and milk products. Combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast.
