I could not get my sugar level checked for almost a year. Recently I took a random test which says 105. Can random test be a proper substitute for fasting and post-sugar tests. Is there still anything to worry?

Deally fasting and pp sugar levels are better to come to know if one has a hyperglycemia. But even random sugar also is a good indicator. Rbs <140 mg is considered normal. Your reading is quite good. There appears to be no problem.
