There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green leafy vegetables are excellent source of iron. Drinking 3 lit of water help to nourish the hair roots. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. This will control the dandruff.
