Hello weight increasea mainly duevto water retention. Have lots of luke warn water. Take low carb high protien. Nd low fat. Don't sjip your meal. Specially your breakfast. Exercise daily. Bt not very hazardious. Take oats at going bed and jasmine tea two to three times a day. Are you increasing your weight very rapidly with fatigueness then check for tsh.
