I am having issue that body fat is not getting decrease. I am 40 years lady with weight of 65 Kg but I have some what bulky stomach and buttocks. Not so heavy but unable to reduce it. I tried GM diet with strict instruction, regular walk not much hard exercise. Also consuming less food and outside/fried food also very less. I think my metabolism is very slow. So pls guide me for the same. If any medicine which make metabolism fast of any recommendation in diet or exercise which can help me.
