Hey I am facing problem of lot of split ends n thin hair. Every month I use to go for trimming also but not of any worth n I use castor n coconut oil with vitamin e capsules for thick hair but all in vain. What to do. Itz troubling me.

Split ends are indication of protein deficiency. Thinning of hair could be either hormonal or nutritional. It is important to check the scalp so that we understand the problem and then treat it. Using coconut oil n caster oil is good for hair. Vitamin e is supposed to be good for skin. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. So food rich in all these are good for hair. Don't take any supplements without consulting trichologist.
