I am having too much of dandruff on my scalp. I am irritated by that. If I do not take a bath one day I get too much dandruff on my scalp. Tell me the medicine which I should take so that I can be free of dandruff permanently. Please tell soon.

It is normal to shed the dead skin on scalp. Migration of cells normally happens within 21 days but if it happens faster then it is considered to be dandruff. It sheds on the shoulder or sometimes it causes itching on scalp with oily scalp. Dandruff can be controlled but can't be cures. Control by using regular oil and daily wash. Use any mild scalp cleanser for daily wash. If it does not settle with this then you have to consult trichologist.
