I have a desk job & in the last 2 years, my weight was gone up from 75 kgs to 85kgs. I want to lose weight please help.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, sweets, cold drinks, eggs, nonveg. Take simpal veg food with salad. Take less as you fill hungery lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening. In office after 1 or 2 hours gets up from chair walk in office for few minutes than again start work will help to you.
