I am very thin, I eat much but I am not able to build my body. I am vegetarian. please suggest me some food to take daily for building my body and become healthy.

Take proteinous diet like cheez and milk with banan or mango also eat nuts between meal time walk at least 20 minute in morning and 20 minute in evening but not so fast take a nap after lunch drink full cream milk as much you digest in unani pathy you take khamira gauzaban ambari jawahr wala 1tsf 2time a day with milk.
